I’m Alexis — the sugar-slinging, buttercream-wielding whirlwind behind Lexi-Lu’s. Born and raised in the golden hills of Sonora, California, I graduated from Columbia College in 2023 with not one, but two Associate degrees: Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts.
Right after tossing my cap, I dove headfirst into a locally owned café, sharpening my skills and feeding my lifelong obsession with turning butter, sugar, and a whole lot of heart into pure magic.
Baking isn’t just a job for me — it’s been my wildest passion since I was tiny. I believe every cake, every swirl of frosting, carries a piece of the baker’s soul. When you bite into one of my cupcakes, you’re tasting my joy, my mischief, and a little bit of beautiful darkness.
